Founded in 2011 by brothers Walid and Chef Gus Zabib, Shishka Lebanese Grill brings the rich culinary traditions of Beirut to your table. Growing up in a family of restaurateurs, the Zabib brothers were inspired by the authentic, home-cooked Lebanese meals their mother prepared. When they arrived in the U.S., they saw a need for truly authentic Middle Eastern flavors and decided to share their family’s recipes.
